Supervisory and professional bodies
The provision of health-care services is supervised by the public health department of the Tolna County Government Office. Our dentists are members of the Hungarian Medical Chamber. Public dental care is provided under a funding contract with the National Health Insurance Fund of Hungary (NEAK).
Patients' rights
Under Act CLIV of 1997 on health care you have, as a patient, the right to health care, to human dignity, to keep in contact, to information, to self-determination, to refuse treatment, to access your medical records and to medical confidentiality.
If you have a complaint about your treatment, please raise it first in the surgery with Dr Miklós Daradics, in person or at info@daradicsdent.hu. We investigate every complaint and reply in writing within 30 days.
A patients' rights representative, who is independent of the health-care provider and works for the Integrated Legal Protection Service (Integrált Jogvédelmi Szolgálat), can help you enforce your rights. The name and consultation hours of the representative responsible for our area are displayed in our surgeries.
